Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue is a customized deep massage that is designed to relax and soften tight muscles using medium to heavy pressure.  While releasing tension, this massage also reduces chronic pain, toxin build up, tension headaches, fatigue, and helps to enhance muscle function and elasticity.

Myopractic® Structural Integration

Myopractic® Structural Integration is a series of 10 sessions using the Myopractic techniques*.  Each session is done in a specific order to achieve the most effective results.  These sessions are designed especially for those who regularly receive bodywork, as these intense treatments help to restore proper body alignment and range of motion by focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.  (Consultation required.)  

*The first session will begin with a postural analysis.  Men will need to wear shorts and women will need to wear shorts and a sports bra for analysis.  Incorporates the jiggy and/or jeanie during sessions.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a very relaxing and nurturing experience for the expectant mother  It helps to reduce discomfort due to back pain, sciatica, insomnia, fatigue, and aids in increasing circulation. 

Soothing lavender oil and a special "Prego" pillow are used for added comfort during the massage treatment.

LaStone Therapy

Medical Massage

Medical Massage differs from regular Massage and Bodywork in that the treatment is specifically directed to resolve conditions diagnosed by a medical doctor.

A variety of modalities or techniques may be used during the treatment, but we focus the treatment only on the specific areas of the body related to the diagnosis. 

This enhances the body’s natural self-healing process and reduces the needed recovery time from injury.
